We went on Saturday Dec 19th to get a name correction on a document and expected it could be an ordeal. However we were wrong. The person working was very helpful, quick and efficient in getting our document fixed. He was very nice as well. A pleasant outcome to our visit.

In and out quick! The officer processed my Global Entry application ahead of my scheduled time and got me out of there quick. He was very helpful explaining the program to me. The directions to find it say 'to the right of the baggage claim' they mean to the right if you're facing the conveyor belts. There's a nice big Global Entry sign on the door.

After reading the reviews felt so comfortable that we will arrive to San Antonio Sept, 2018 by canadian Air line coming from Bangkok kids and infant hopefully prusseders will speed up so the kids will rest after along journey for 36 hours flying and transit , C Ya
