I have used U.S. Laser for a number of years and have never been disappointed with the outcome of a service call. The techinican is always professional and courteous. The last service call I placed was in August 2019, which far exceeded my expectations. The technician contacted Hewlett Packard (HP) and he was told that my printer was still under warranty. As a matter of fact, the warranty was due to expire in three days. Thank you U.S. Laser for your diligence in reaching out to Hewlett Packard on the customers behalf.

Working with these people for 5 years... Very professional, no stone unturned approach. So far no problem were left not resolved and they do it very quickly - sometime in the matter of a couple of hours starting with our first call. Rates are very reasonable. Never trying to sell us something we do not need and, again, at a reasonable pricing. Highly recommend!

I’ve been using US Laser for 15 plus years now. Lee does all my repairs and Ryan sends me all my toner. If you really want to reduce your printing costs, own your quality printers and use these guys to maintain and deliver your toner. There is no way an office products company can compete with the team at US Laser.
