For 9 years USAMail1 faithfully handled my mail. It's forwarding service was amazing and allowed me to move around but keep a permanent address. The staff was always quick to respond to questions and tried their best to accommodate special/urgent requests. Thank you for many years of excellent service. It was nice to meet the staff way back in 2013. Wish you guys the best.

Awful the system is a mess they have lots of references that they will change so you will never could track/review past orders besides they commit a lot of errors and bill you erroneously I do not recommend it at all to store items for large periods of time because you will never find where it is under which reference because there aren't links in the references numbers to a detailed description of the mail item unless you ask them and almost sure they will bill you for that. The service is too slow and it is a mess

I never saw a real piece of mail, just the same photos of an envelope each time i was notified of new mail. Retrieving that mail costed more money, opening the mail costed more money, everything but looking at the same white envelope was extra! I was locked out of my account numerous times, customer service gets back to you when they want to not within 24 hours not even 48 hours. Finally when I cancelled my account they continue to charge. I call in and complain, then I get refunded just to be charged again the next month, and the next month, And The Next Month! After 3 unapproved charges and refunds the company and PayPal finally figured out how to stop charging me. I strongly suggest staying away from this company.
