Best experience so far with regards to US government offices for my 20 years in US. I missed an appointment two day ago. Got my fingerprint done in 15 minutes. Neat, quiet, no chit-chat. Good thing happening in US after all. :)

I got my fingerprints taken and I was in and out within 30min. The guard who greets you when you get there is super nice and you never really see smiley workers at a place like this so it was very nice. The lady who took my fingerprint was nice too and I didn't feel I unwelcomed (which you can feel that way at a place like this..). I recommend getting there early. I was there 15-20min before the appointment and I didn't have to wait at all. By the time I was leaving, there was a small line.

Everything is great. 1. Ton of spots for parking right in front of the office, meter pay, so its cheap and easy. 2. The lady who greats and take the documents at the reception was great. I love that she is always smile, polite and very sweet, I been there 2 years ago and today I came back she is still there happily and very helpful. 3. It takes about an hour not even if you show up on time (I mean 10-20 minutes earlier than the time for your appointment), then you will be out of there around 30-40 minutes later. All of the staff who will fingerprints are so nice and always polite to you. As they said no phone, so you may want to bring a book to read when you are waiting for the turn.
