Wrost office ever have been calling for the past three months but no response

Worst customer service ever, have a case has been stuck since 2015, by law I'm eligible for Citizenship (form N-400) which I filed based on marriage for 3 years and 5 years of legal residence. I've filed for DHS OMBUDSMAN back in May 2018 – they have been ignoring my requests as well. I send out letters every 3 months to Congressmen, Senators and the White House. Have been living legally in the country since 2006 and don't even have a green card, only a stamp in my passport that I have to renew every 6-12 months.

I have question for immigration. Do you allow people make fake social and working permit? It’s agaist the low of UNITED STATE OF AMRICA. Is it it? My ex manager Kader MADNOUB made fake social and working permit for my friend Zhanna. And he made my ex manager Gergious take that big risk to hire her. He’s messing with tax of Lebanese taverna. He’s playing with law. Maybe Emma allowing all this people to make fake documents. I think there’s not only Emma has power for immigration. I’m pretty sure there’s a lot of honest and good people there. So please stop her miss Emmu. She’s dangerous for country, for 50 states.

USCIS lacks sensitivity towards Muslims with Middle Eastern and South East Asian background. There offices have failed at diversity and inclusion of other minorities. It's very sad they are not reflective of our diverse population.
