just called to ask question about product. asked who ever answered how are they, they never replied. i asked about product he told me they didn't have front load washer and dryers and hung up. i was about to ask next question, i live in south south suburban area and i would not waste my time to go to this location do to lack and rude communication

I bought a refrigerator from these people n the refrigerator been leaking water since I purchased it. They came out twice n didn't do anything but tell me that we leave the refrigerator open like they live there and he told me he wasn't giving my money bk n that he will talk to the owner n walked out. I called the owner n she said they would give me another one but i won't have a new warranty meaning my warranty up in a week ,lol what a joke. The bottom line is this place is not worth the trouble, save your money n buy brand new. Wish I can give no stars.
The manner of the boss is terrible, very rude! The used appliances are expensive but not in good condition. Never ever recommend it.
