I had a great experience buying my new used car from David at Used Cars of Fairfax. He was prompt and available for when I requested to come look at a car I had found online. When I arrived he already had everything ready for a test drive. The car was perfect and David was very helpful by answering all my questions. I knew I was going to want some additional services and he helped me choose a package and then he handled all DMV and extra warranty package I requested all while I was there. It was great. I was happy with the service and even more about the car I was driving home that day! Great job.

Purchasing my truck from Used Cars of Fairfax was a smooth, respectful and honest process. David went above and beyond to make sure that the truck was clean, inspected and ready to drive. From the moment I stopped by to take a look I was met with professionalism and excellent customer service. I highly recommend this place to people looking for reliable vehicles.
The best car buying experience I have yet to have. First off, the cars are immaculate for being used. And secondly, the service is PHENOMENAL. Took a very short time from when I test drove to leaving with the car.. Something that NEVER happens at a conventional dealership. -Very knowledgeable -Willing to help whenever possible -Immaculate condition for used vehicles -Quick quick quick, but not rushed AT all If I buy another car anytime soon, or have friends/family in the area I would definitely recommend at least viewing the lot online and making an inquiry.
After searching for a clean used pickup or pickup style vehicle for the past month or so, we finally found the 2004 Chevy Avalanche online at Used Cars of Fairfax. We conversed via text with the owner of the car lot prior to driving over 180 miles to Woodbridge. He was very helpful answering our questions and also provided a great video of the vehicle. This made the decision to make the drive acceptable. When we arrived at the dealership, the owner was there and gave us all the time we wanted/needed to visually inspect the truck. We then took the vehicle on a test drive and found that the truck not only looked great but ran and drove great as well. Because of the COVID virus, all precautions were made by the dealer and us in this interaction and we felt perfectly secure. After the business transactions were done, we headed home. The truck was made in 2004 and had just a bit over 130,000 miles on it, so I was concerned about driving the 180 miles home. It performed perfectly. After getting it home, I was able to go over it in more detail. Is it perfect. No, but it is 17 years old. I can guarantee that there are no other 2004 Chevy Avalanches in the tri-state area that are nicer than this one. I am replacing my 2003 Ford F-150 with this vehicle because of the rusted out frame and body. You would not think, if they sat side by side, that they were only one year apart. The Avalanche is in that good of condition. Am I happy with my decision? Yes. Did I get a good and fair deal? Yes. Would I buy from Used Cars of Fairfax again? You betcha.
Ours was a complex transaction, as I was buying from out of state. Dave was receptive to working through the long distance issues with success! Really enjoyed working with him, and he took special care to detail the car for my daughter, who is the driver of this pristine vehicle. We really lucked out! Thanks so much!
