Wow! I am blown away by the level of service Brian has provided to us. We are first time pool owners and have very little knowledge. The first time I met Brian, he told me if I ever needed him, to text him and he'd get right back to me... he wasn't kidding! Within minutes not only did he text me back, he also sent me detailed instructions for how to accomplish what I needed to accomplish in order to get the pool where it needed to be for a special family occasion. Brian, you are seriously amazing! It means a lot knowing we have your support and guidance. THANK YOU!

I would give them zero stars if I could. I have had nothing but trouble with getting them to correct issues with a new hot tub that was delivered in May. I have been waiting to write this review hopping they would correct the issues but they have not. It took them 6 week to send send someone out to fix a leaking valve. Only after several emails and phone calls to complain. Then it took them another 6 weeks to send someone out to buff out the scratches that were in my new hot tub at delivery. They still haven't done anything about a scratch that is through the acrylic that their technician said could not be repaired. Horrible after sales service. They are just another dump and run company.
