We would not recommend purchasing a trailer from MVW. We have had a poor experience since the time of construction. Rushed workmanship, missed deadlines, work that was incomplete, and a trailer that did not meet the quality that we were promised. In the past year we have had a melted gas line, exterior panel seams coming unglued, pin holes through the exterior sheathing from the wrong length screws, sheared rivets, inaccessible gas valves for equipment, poor planning and installation of tables and equipment that was not seen until pick up, window lock that does not lock, metallic colored caulk where there should have been welds for a 'type 1' hood, in addition to the things they don't tell you about until you pick it up. Communication has been limited or lacking, lack of accountability, shifting of the blame or economic impact on the consumer, and general slew of excuses that 'you get what you paid for,' 'you will make the money back fast' so who cares, or 'you are not buying a new car.' I would have expected more out of a product that cost more than 20,000. I would not recommend their services unless you are willing to risk the potential for future issues.
