Super Fly

This review is for the service department. I was there for a damage air hose for underneath my trailer. Good thing about this place was that they fix the problem correctly. However there were a few issues. To replace an air hose, a clip and a mount shouldn't take more than an hour but I was there since 1045am to almost 3pm. Secondly when i called the service department a guy quoted me 95 per hour over the phone and I explained my situation to him and that I needed it replaced asap and that I will be driving 45 minutes to get to the shop. But when I get there they said that the price they quoted me was a 'drop of your trailer and come back later' price and that 'my' price is actually 115 per hour for an 'express rate' (meaning if you want the work to be done now) LOL. WTH? I did have to stand up for myself and I did argue a bit so the man finally reverted to the 95 price. Also, there are 2 guys, one is a greeter/assessor and the other works behind the counter, it was rather an unpleasant experience interacting with these two people, these people have no customer service skills, no smile no converstation no making no nothing, they did make me feel unwelcome when I'm there trying to give them business. I won't be returning to this location in the future.

I am an OTR driver and for some reason one of my cross members got all bent and Torn up so I drop my trailer off around 7:30 in the morning and they had it done around 2:00 p.m.. that's pretty awesome!!! Hell ya!! 300 out the door. Thanks Fellas!!

Couldn't find any reason to why my abs light keeps coming on and going off whenever it decides to.3/22/2020 the Petro in raphine,va found 2 plugs to the abs sensors to be corroded and yes the abs light wasnt on when they looked at it either. I wish utility would have checked this before assuming nothing was wrong.
