Zero stars!!!!! Do not go to this place they are super unprofessional with very little knowledge. Missed deductions , gave us the wrong voucher year and basically just a horrible experience. I took the returns they completed to a CPA and sure enough caught so many mistakes it’s just ridiculous. Will NEVER come here again. I rather pay alittle more but have piece of mind that someone actually knows what they are doing!

Zero stars. He played it off like he knew what he was doing. I'm a 1099 contractor so there are lots of ins and outs he needed to understand. I was skeptical and took the returns he completed to a CPA. Victor missed several deductions. not just for my business expenses, but for my real estate as well. He completely claimed the wrong amount for my childcare even though I GAVE him full reports and spreadsheets of all expenses as tracked by Intuit. Don't risk it. Go to a CPA - I literally paid the SAME AMOUNT for a qualified professional.
