Great team here! They assisted us with getting our son's car and the salesman Shamel Whittaker was courteous, kind and knowledgeable. Not only did he guide us to a great car for our son, he also got the deal done quickly! I'd also like to acknowledge Kenneth in financing, who closed the deal quickly, found great financing for us and made sure we understood the transaction from start to finish! I went here in August 2020 and spoke to one of the salesman. He informed me that I didn't have a snowball's chance of getting financed here. The finance department, according to him, will only finance people with excellent credit who have been at their job 5 years and can put at least half the total cost down up front (or do a trade in worth at least half the total cost). He advised me to go elsewhere, so I did.

I applied for the credit application online and received a call from the “internet sales manager”. I told her about a specific car I saw but she was unable to use my credit application to retrieve my numbers for the car. But I made an appointment to come in and speak to someone in sales about the car. Fast forward to the day before my appointment with Kenneth I called to reschedule due to the snow storm and asked about the car. Turns out the car wasn’t even at this location, but they said they would transfer it over the morning of my appointment (which was at 5:30pm). I called the day of my appointment at 5:00pm to ensure I was still good to go and it turns out the car hadn’t even been transferred to the location. I didn’t receive any notice whatsoever. I called the location that had the car and he told me it won’t be sellable “for a while” even though it’s on the website. If you plan on inquiring here, be prepared for poor communication. First impressions are important, and I’m not sure about doing business with this location anymore.
