We drive 1 hour just to get here. I rate it 4/5 as a sushi fast food. It's not authentic Japanese (chef, etc) but does the job for a quick sushi binge. There are a few choices on the conveyor. The menu is OK, not as thorough as a real Japanese bar. There's sesame chicken and fried chicken for kids who don't like sushi. I also wish they had more on the dessert side. Overall, this is a good place worth driving to.

25 for 20 pieces to go. This is with their to go discount during the pandemic as well. This was before they reopened indoor dining, so definitely not getting to go anymore. Rip off even with the discount. Also, they were frozen. Eating into the salmon sashimi it was like salmon ice cream. It was hard and icy. Not the best....
I loved Fuji pre-pandemic and still love it now. They are offering a sweet deal - choose from 3 different combos for 30. Feeds 2 people.
We love raw fish and they never disappoint. Always efficient service. I always pre-order Option C (see menu) whenever I’m out in Vacaville. Great pivot to still serve your loyal customers.
Food is good but their take out sucks. They never pick up the phone. Update you need to get here 15 minutes before 2:30pm because they close and won't take your order. I got here 10 minutes before 2:30pm and it was closed.
BEST ALL YOU CAN EAT SUSHI CLOSEST TO DAVIS! My brother was craving Sushi for his Birthday in early March. After commuting 45 minutes to this highest reviewed Sushi place nearby, this place was super good! All the guest were super friendly and nice and were able to accommodate us both to private seating! Would recommend Fuji Sushi to anyone who love sushi! :)

Excellent place to get something when in a rush. Their customer service is swift, rates are affordable, fantastic atmosphere. I highly recommend this place
