I stop in here to buy incense every couple months! They always have the kinds I like and I can tell it’s fresh; as the fragrance is never ruined from over exposure to heat and it’s never dried out or color faded. The staff is always very attentive, kind, helpful, and treats every person who walks through the door with dignity & respect. Anyone who treats all people with dignity & respect Regardless of their social class, status, education, experience, age, history, appearance, job title, sexual orientation, race, religion, personal beliefs and whether they are a smoker or not - deserves a 5-Star rating! *️⃣*️⃣*️⃣*️⃣*️⃣️️️️️️️️️️ ️️️️️️️️️️

I bought a mini pipe and I walk out . Literally within 1 minute I realize the pipe had a small crack. Went back in the store and the lady accused me of smoking it within a time span of a minute. I ask for exchange and she refused. I would like to a speak to the store owner. She obviously didn’t check the pipe properly and she had just broken some glass container before she grab it for me. I have a time stamp recipt
Was trying to buy something that can only be sold by 18. I am well above 18 years old and the old lady running the store refused to give me my desired item because she said it was supposed to be for 21, even though I showed her proof that the product is in fact listed as 18 throughout the United States.
I really like this little smoke shop. They have a good selection of pipes, smokes, RYO products, and have CA Lotto & Scratchers available as well. Now about the workers; The guy (May be the owner?) is ALWAYS super nice and helpful but can't say the same about the older Caucasian lady & is where the 2 star rating comes from. One day she can be nice but the next day she can be SUPER rude and makes you feel like you're inconveniencing her just by asking a question about a product or asking to see a product. Not good, especially when there are plenty of other options out there to give your business. I'm all about patronizing the Mom & Pop shops but not knowing which "face" you're going to get with the older lady is reason enough for me to not spend my money here. It's unfortunate because I really like the shop & the guy who works here/or owns the shop.
Pretty good I gotta say when I ask questions they give me the best answers
