Shawn ( Sean ) is incredible and amazing! I never write reviews but I want to recommend him!!! I was about to throw away my 3rd vacuum. I found this place online and decided to gave it a shot! Within hours, my vacuum was fixed!!! We definitely need this kind of personal small business back into our society. I feel so warm and touched by his service. He said, "after the sales, it's the service that counts!" so true and I totally agree! I gave him more than 5 star!!!

The owner was extremely helpful and got my Dyson stick diagnosed in minutes. A bad battery. This guy really knows vacuums!! Batteries are expensive so he got me in touch with Dyson and arranged for me to get a new vacuum for about half the cost of what I paid. Great customer service.

You won't find a better company or a better owner to do business with. Sean took care of me from the time we first talked through the installation process and beyond. I now have a wonderful Beam whole house vacuum system that works fantastic and it's all thanks to Sean and Vacuum Depot. It's great to be able to shop in a store rather than some guy in his van. Just bought a brand new Miele Homecare here. Very nice selection of vacuums. Shawn is super friendly and very knowledgeable about the products. They also do repairs here, too. Its awesome that small vacuum shops like this still exist! Id buy a vacuum here over a big-box store ANY day! Much better customer service and product support than a big department store! Thanks Vacuum Depot!!

Took my 500 dollar Dyson DC23 Turbine Head to this repair shop. After a day Sean called me and said it needed a new turbo head. He wouldn't order it, but I can on line. Said it would be about 50 dollars when in fact I ordered it today for 95.00. He mentioned he would clean the interior for 40.00. So I said, good idea, since it was there anyway. I picked up my Dyson today, paid the 40.00 and when I got home, I took a close look to see what he cleaned. Absolutely nothing was cleaned, he never touched it. It was still all dusty. He didn't even change the air filter which was still dirty. I called, and of course he never called back. Bad service, I would never go back :-(.

Best small business in Irvine. I came here to purchase Dyson spare parts and was greeted by a gentleman named Sean. He was able to get me the belt and brush bar very quickly, and even offered me tips on how to replace them. This place is the last true vacuum shop and workshop in Irvine, and a pleasant place to do business. Highly recommended for professional and friendly service!
