Very beautiful area to ride. Horses were great and super sweet. All the horses seemed really well cared for, and our guide Pedro was very good. Our whole family went (14,13,&8) and they had great horses choose for each one.
They do an amazing job. I went with my wife and 3 daughters (10, 13, 16) and they had the best time. Luke was our guide and was really friendly and knowledgeable. Horses are well kept and behaved.
My wife and I went on a horseback ride in September, when the colors were changing and the weather was nice. It was perfect! The staff were friendly and helpful, and made sure everyone was safe. I can't remember their names, but it was a good experience.
This entire experience was amazing. At the bar, Mark was our first friendly fast. We were able to play with the sweet goats while enjoying a nice cold beverage. But it didn't end there, every one of the barn staff were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The ride through the aspens was spectacular! Slowly, we went through tight trails and sharp turns. Staff always had their eyes on us and warned us when the horses wanted to trot (so fun!). The 1.5 hrs went by quickly and I did not want it to end. I highly recommend Vail Stables to those of all ages and from all parts of the world. We will visit again!
