What a great experience it wasn't the usual car dealership they acted professionally with courtesy was top notch a big thanks to Chris he explained every thing to us inside and out he even helped set up my cell to the cars hands free system I recomend you check them out My new 15 mile new car a grey soul from Kia 36.8 miles to a gallon on the way home. I GIVE THEM A 5 STAR could not find a 10 star Thanks Chris job well done

I recently purchased a car from this dealership about 2 days ago and the service was amazing!! . Specifically , Chris Hesch was a huge help and component when it came to choosing the car that best fit me . Chris was very patient , honest and tried his best to get me into the car that I wanted , which he succeeded at ! Because of Chris my experience at the dealership was very smooth sailing ! Doing business with the staff at Langdale Kia was excellent!!
I love my car- but absolutely terrible service the only time I actually needed help after I bought my car. I was never made aware my car had special lug nuts that needed a key to unlock. While stranded with my kids in the car, I called Kia to ask where they would have put this tool. They were rather short saying I should have it when I explained I never ever saw this tool, nor had my tires been worked on for another company to have used it. After spending an hour in the heat searching for the tool, I called back to see if I could buy the tool. They said no. They told me I had roadside assistance and would be towed for free. Upon calling roadside assistance I was still charged. It took SIX hours to be towed. Six hours I was left waiting with children. Thank goodness I was able to have someone else come get my kids, but I was left waiting well into the night by the time my car was picked up. This all feels like a scam. Our other family car is a Toyota, and I have always gotten the best care & customer service. They will even come meet me just so we aren’t stranded. I would think after spending thousands on a car, they would either give me or sell me the key from one of the other vehicles just to help a customer out so they aren’t stranded. Instead I felt as though the dealer cared less because they already had my money. I do not plan to ever buy a car from here again.
I drove 14 hours and my air decided to cut off...but THANK GOD ...for the service manager and technicians they took such good care of me!!
