If I could give 0 starts I would. I went in before an event to get my lashes done. I showed the girl a photo of what I wanted, I was told it would be no problem. After 3 hours of application I was given blotchy, plastic looking lashes that were very, very long. I expressed my concern to the owner who happened to be there. He told me that he did not want me to make a decision while I was upset and he would call me next week and give a refund. Irritated, I then had to have the lashes removed and redone at a different studio. The owner never called me back, I have called and emailed them several times with no response. I was then charged 149 for their monthly membership, which I had to fight to get back. They have the worst customer service and the worst products. I love supporting small business, but this one is crooked and definitely not worth supporting

I’ve asked to get natural looking lash extensions no longer than 2-3 mm longer than my lashes. I wanted to look like I am wearing mascara. What I got is below. They are at least 4 mm longer. They break off abruptly in inner corners. They are lopsided on the left eye because they cannot stand straight due to inappropriately selected length/curve. I have asked to have them corrected. Apparently it’s not possible, but would gladly remove them for an additional fee. Manager refused a refund/removal. Buyers beware: inexperienced staff combined with absolute lack of service recovery understanding.

I called in to let them know I didn't want to come in since I was ill and wanted to cancel my membership (the responsible thing to do with Covid going on) and they apologized and said nothing can be done. Honestly very sad with this experience, total waste of money( 140).

Today I got lash extensions for the first time! It was a wonderful experience! Nic walked me through every step of the way, offered for me to nap and a did a great job! The front office staff was every bit as informative and helpful! Thank you for such a great experience! True professionals!

Not too thrilled with my results, consistently disappointed after a few days. I’ve only had one great stylist and she left I think I’ve tried almost every stylist now in hopes to find her replacement but...you can see what happens in my photos! Either too much glue and they fall off in clumps or stick together in random directions. I wish that corporate did more to train these stylists! Worst part is, I’m constantly having to pay them to fix it which doesn’t seem fair. I don’t think a removal fee or one week touch-up should be charged if you’re unhappy or your lashes get damaged from too much glue. I keep giving them more chances because I like the membership but really need to look elsewhere and you should too!
