Valencia BMW is VERY consumer friendly. They have implemented comprehensive COVID-19 protocols and I felt very safe during my recent visit. My liaison, Jesse Colon, is always professional, charming, and helpful. Everyone on staff is friendly. I have had great service just pulling in without an appointment and gotten air for my tires and other minor services. Five stars for Valencia BMW!

BEYOND DISAPPOINTED with BMW of VALENCIA, the SERVICE DEPT, and specifically HENRY, the SERVICE MANAGER. We live close to another BMW dealership, but decided to make the (20 mile) drive to take our i3 in for service at Valencia because we felt its a better dealership, but it didn't work out as planned. Besides getting there before they even opened for a better chance at a loaner (didn't get one), and them telling us that \this/that isn't covered\ even though car is certified, and purchased from Valencia BMW under a year ago, we finally went to pick up the car.. to find out that it was scratched. They then tried to tell us \well we covered the issues for you\ (fuel pressure sensor, and a door handle making noise) like thats an excuse for scratching an otherwise pristine car. This is where it gets good: HENRY tells us to not worry about it and that someone will come by our house TOMORROW to fix it for us. Tomorrow comes and goes. A week passes by.. nothing. We call Henry, he doesn't respond. Ask the receptionist to get a hold of him, still nothing. Left him multiple voice mails, and he never got back to any of them. NOT A SINGLE CALL or CONTACT FROM Dealership or HENRY. This is BEYOND APPALLING. It would have been preferred if they just insulted us straight to our face, than to tell us that \someone will come by the house tomorrow to fix the scratch\ and then proceed to ignore us completely. We will NEVER go there again. Stay away and BEWARE! I've attached a picture of the scratch I took in front of Henry at the d. The dealership. The pain is still hanging off.
