Great place to visit! Staff do a great job caring for the animals that have been rescued. The animals seem happy. We saw a nice variety of animals; lions, tigers, bears, oh my! Well worth the trip!

This is an incredible place to experience these amazing animals with a staff that cares. Take time to browse the grounds, ask questions and experience this habitat in a beautiful setting. Do yourself a favor and take the guided tour if your are there at the tour times. The staff cares about what they do and that passion shows.

Wow. What an amazing experience. From the woman at the entrance to the gift shop to the staff on the bus. They waited 10 minutes so a elderly person had enough time to walk up a slight hill to get on the bus and to reassure us to take our time that they have no problem waiting for everybody. Wow. We all enjoyed the sanctuary itself as well as the knowledge the tour guide had on every animal. They are on a personal level with each species. Are group can't wait to go back. It takes roughly an hour but we'll worth the entrance fee. Ps.. the monkey has a funny personality.

This was an unexpected stop! We decided to go while we were driving Route 66 and we did not regret it. We did the guided tour and it was so worth it! Our tour guide was awesome and knew all of the back story of all the animals. He even gave treats to a few! The animals look well taken care of considering their lives before coming here. If we are ever in the area again, we will definitely visit!
