I bought my Valentino bag less than 30 days ago. I paid full price. I noticed the bag was 40% off on Valentino’s website and they refuse to honor the discount. Nordstrom’s and Saks also has the bag 40% off and I was told they would honor the sale. I called the manager and she refused to help me. I would love to keep shopping directly at the Valentino store however I can’t if they won’t honor the sale like the department stores would. I’ve told all my family and friends this story and we’re all extremely disappointed with the customer service provided.

This is one of my favorite brands, nothing but great service, I have a sales representative and she always have me informed with the latest.
I was extremely disappointed when I was rudely told that I needed to pay 30 to repair a stud on a pair of rock stud ballet flats. I have 14 pairs of valentino shoes and 5 handbags. I will be certain to spend my dollars where I am completely respected. It's so disappointing to know that after 12 years as a loyal customer that my tens of thousands of dollars spent on this brand goes away over a mere thirty dollars. Buyers beware you might pay between 700 and 1000 dollars per pair of shoes but if something happens, according Kylie, a new "manager" you have to spend additional money to fix them. I would be different if I could go to my local shoe repair guy and ask him to fix the stud, but according to Ms. Kylie they have to ship the shoes out so I am responsible for shipping costs. I have taken shoes to them before when a stud fell off and never was asked to either give my credit card information or take my shoe back. I will take my shoe back and my opinion of the Valentino in SCP, I won't be back.
