Just as useless as the EDD phone number itself they don’t answer the phones. I wish I had their jobs where I get paid tax payer dollars to do absolutely NOTHING.

What good is a phone number you’ll never answer? Why have email addresses posted that you won’t respond to? It’s been months and still no answer or response. It’s a joke. Why fund this mess? Surely there has to be an alternative for ppl than the EDD. I don’t want to pay into something that works this way when we need it thx most. EDD is terribly managed in my opinion.
Talked to no one and no on returned my call and yall shut all your phone numbers off i think everyone there should be replaced ive lost my home and child because of you now im in a suicidal state you can collect but you cant help
I was on disability and have not received any money since March and no paperwork to get my case reinstated and had to close my bank account because I couldn't afford to keep it open and lost my cell phone because I couldn't afford to pay the bill so I had to buy a cheaper one nor can I afford anything for my son for his birthday.
They never answer the phone, there is no help.
They don't answer calls always a computer and then it hangs up been calling since 6/12/20 from 7:59am until closing same thing every time a computer Can't get no human response at all waste of time going they still say same we not open
Procedures and applicant process needs to be updated and modernized.
