I have been trying to close out my guardianship with a deceased member that had insurance thru Baker Funeral Home since November 2020. After 4 months, the funeral director has continued to not call back to give me the necessary information regarding payment of the insurance that was taken out thru them. Being busy is one thing, but ducking calls is another thing. I would never seek another insurance policy thru this company as they are not professional at all. I encourage others to not deal with them either.

I used this funeral home a few years ago for my mother's burial. Now, I need to talk to someone there, and no one will return my calls. I've tried over the course of several months. The girl answering the phone says she will give them the message, but no one has the consideration to call. Very poor service.
They ignore all of the calls, they won’t call anyone back , they don’t care. Terrible service and terrible people. They kept my grandpa in the freezer for 3 DAYS! They are just in it for the money. We are moving him to another Funeral Home that ACTUALLY cares
I had made pre-arrangements for my mom a few years ago. They were reasonably priced. Once she passed I had to call a couple times to get an appt, the director in VC was out but the Wichita location helped. They did a beautiful job.
This is the worst funeral home I have ever seen. They didn’t know what they were doing. Horrible Horrible
