Had work done to both my septic tank and d-box. My septic tank was overflowing even though I had it pumped (by another company) in the previous week. He gave me a time when he was going to arrive, and not a 4 hour range. When he was running late due to an emergency, he communicated that to me, rather than leaving me hanging. He recommended that I install a riser over my d-box so that I wouldn't have to keep poking the ground to look for it and dig to access. 'The d-box was a custom size, so he was able to cut that. The additional cost of the riser added to the original quoted price, but he was able to work with me regarding the difference. The gal who answers the phone is wonderful too!
