Uneducated & unprofessional staff. There is a reason why the Flathead Valley has a shortage of labor. Walk into this facility as an active positive member in society, and instantly, that feeling goes away. You are treated like a convict. The employees claim that they legally have the right to watch you pee. (This is far from reality). This company doesn’t understand legal procedures and a candidate for investigation. Workers are not convicts, and should be treated with respect. They have my social security number and photo ID on file, and aren’t willing to disclose or discuss information, let alone pick up phone calls. By far the most uneducated “medical facility” I’ve ever encountered.
