they were very rude, only asked what i needed and then lift to go to her friends about what i wanted..not in a good way..the overall experience is that i was very unsatisfied and didn’t buy anything because she rather go talk about what the customer response was on a band then ask if i needed anything else..

Loved it for my daughter...we stopped in after coming from another name brand clothing store..we were able to pick up more items for less than half the price we spent at the first.store..decent selection and good customer service

Store was a little crowded from normal Saturday evening shopping but the staff was observing of who was needing help and who was just looking around. They were courtesy and my trip into the store was less than 15 min (daughter had to try on her sneakers as well as purchase the wife hers )

My experience was horrible! When i went to go purchase a boot all of the employees including the manage were All on their phone. When i went to go exchange the boot because they gave me two left feet, the manager Rebecca Hines was very rude and nasty to me. She wasn’t helpful at all. She was giving me false information so i had to call customer service. I ended up going to the journeys in queen center where Antonio the manager helped me. I had a amazing in store experience, he had me in and out.
