Great store. Great selection. Great location. Not sure if the protocol has decreased their staff, but they were really understaffed that day. The staff that were there really kept everything in order. Great job!

Really better place for get pens and books
I went in looking for items tbat I needed for a craft project with my little ones. I asked a few associates to help me find items after I found most of what I needed on my own. They simply said oh you can find it in this aisle or pointed way yonder. I checked out and even asked the cashier who couldn't help me even when showing in the app that the items were in stock. I left unsatisfied not being able to have everything that I needed. After checking out I even tried again to find the one item I really needed and once again I was told that I should be able to find it in a few aisles over. Clearly no one wanted to helo that day. This is the second time I have been to this Michael's and gotten the same result, I will not revisit here. Staff is unfriendly, and unhelpful. I traveled miles to get there for this result? I will not be returning. I will order online or try a competitor if I must. The ones closest to me have all closed since the pandemic.
Zakilah, Emily, and Jason as well as all employees here are very helpful, accommodating, warm and welcoming. I have been shopping here for years, and this is always my go to store for beads, yarn, art and craft materials, lanyard, and classroom activities. They also sell T-shirts and caps if you’d like to do tie-dye. They offer classes so that you can learn how to Make your own crafts. Line was a little wait as there was only 1 cashier but they had what I was looking for at a reasonable price. Two 12x18 frames with a 30% coupon for signing up for email for 12. They also had candles on clearance for 1.99!
