I didnt want to deal with going to the DMV for a car registration & new plates during covid. Ive never used a service before. What a pleasant experience dealing with Nielsen Registration Svc. I came in with my paperwork & sat with them for 10 minutes. They called me within 2 days & all of my stuff was ready! Thanks for making it so easy!!

Very unprofessional closed during open hours. SAID I WOULD BE BACK IN 5 because they only accept cash. When I returned the place was closed for 2 hours from 2-4pm when they should be open. The normal hours are 10am-5pm. The girl working there offered to hold all of my documents, including the title of my car, and then just disappeared. Very suspicious activity going on here. RESPONSE: Or you could have been clear that you would be out for the day. If you want to have a successful business I suggest not THREATENING your customers with long wait times.

Saw Micaela over at Nielsen, she was super helpful got all my paperwork together and got me my new plates so quick. I couldn’t get an appointment at DMV, but she took care of everything for me and had me plates the next day.

This place is awesome! Micaela got us our plates pretty quickly and def saved us a few disasters. My Fiat was all messed up with DMV online but she was able to get it straightened out and get me the paperwork I desperately needed. They are professional, very kind and very fair. I think for now on I will use them personally instead of dealing with the DMV nightmare we all know and hate! Thank you again!!

Forget about going to the DMV and just go here!!. They’re super nice, Helpful and extremely fast. I personally spent a month trying to get my registration and plates at the DMV and I couldn’t. They just wasted my time and I felt that the DMV just didn’t know what they were doing. The DMV was making my life a living hell. As soon as I walked into doors of Nielsen Registration Services i was greeted and helped by the owner Micaela right away. She was extremely professional, courteous and helpful with my situation. She was able to resolve my issue at the DMV and was able to get my registration and plates Within 24hrs!!. I highly recommend going here. The fee that you pay is worth every penny because you don’t have to waste your valuable time at the DMV. Thank you Micaela for helping me and my friend SAM. You’re the best!!!
