The customer service is horrible at Warrior Service Company. If I could give zero stars I would. They came out 4 times to service my husbands chair and will have to come back today to I install a new one. My husband is a combat veteran and the VA uses this company to install and repair chair lifts. We did not have a choice in servicing companies. I also put a complaint in to let the VA know how horrible the service is with this company. They took 4 times to service the chair and did not fix the problem and had to do a new Install yesterday but the tech did not have the part needed to install and he was suppose to come prepared to install the new chairman. The tech arrived 2 hours late yesterday and they would not send anyone else out with the part to complete the job (I spoke to Edgar in the office he said he was in charge of scheduling) so I was told they had to come back today for a 5th time and I asked Edgar if they could come early today and he said no because they had to go to the warehouse 1st and I asked him couldn't they arrive like 6:30 to pick up part and then head to south Jersey and he said no. I told him we had another appt today and he said 10 to 10:30 was the earliest they could arrive so I said okay. Well this morning at 10 am I called Warrior to see where they were and was told he was in Staten Island and I said they were supposed to be here between 10 and 10:30 am and he said he would have the tech call me and he did and said he was still in Brooklyn and would not be here until around 12:30 am. He said no one told him to be here between 10 and 10:30, and this is the time Edgar assured me they would be here. This is totally unacceptable and I called the company to speak to Alex who is Edgar's boss this morning and he did not come to the phone and I had to leave a message. Not happy with this company and I would use another company of I were you.
