scheduled to be picked up arrived 2 1/2 hours late drivers on there phone . dispatch hung up on me purposely. i will contact who sent these drivers out.

Excellent service getting you TO your appointment. Return trips need alot of help. They always tell you that they will be there within an hour but I've never waited less than 2hrs. Currently waiting for them and have been for over 2hrs

I have used many transportation services and all the drivers seem unfriendly. I had the pleasure of meeting a sweet driver for Valley Transportation her name is Deana Robinson. She was on time getting me to my destination and very much personable. I just love her personality. All transportation companies need someone like her. Kudos to Deana...she is a keeper.
