Bought a used wakeboard boat from Valley Marine in the spring. They have a beautiful showroom with an on-site lake to test drive your future boat. The owner Andy was genuinely interested in finding a boat that would fit our budget and needs. They took a boat in on trade that was in the right price range and had the features we were looking for and Andy called us about it right away. Pricing was fair and Valley agreed to a list of fixes/maintenance before delivery. Andy helped us arrange financing at a lower rate than we found on our own and helped us find insurance at a lower rate than we found on our own. Valley fixed all the agreed items in a timely matter and delivered the boat on the agreed date. One small issue came up after the sale and they also fixed that. Would buy from them again.

I recently purchased a new Cobalt boat from Sylvia and also worked with Andy and Seth. I was able to test drive the boat on their lake and was super impressed, and they also brought it to our lake for our board to see and approve. They were very easy to work with and I'm loving the boat. Andy also worked my existing boat in quickly in order to repair a few things for the new buyers. Great experience overall. Valley Marine did a nice job of standing behind their sale. We bought a boat last summer that had recently come in on trade. We were not able to test drive it on their lake due to flooding issues. Once getting it out, we realized there were mechanical issues with the boat. We contacted our sales representative, Sylvia, right away to let her know about the problems. They were not bad enough to ruin our season, so we opted not to bring it in until this spring. They covered all repairs (thousands of dollars) without batting an eye. When we asked the owner, Andy, what we could have done to be better buyers, he said “Nothing, we should have caught this before we sold it to you”. I was shocked that companies still have this kind of integrity. It was both refreshing and appreciated. When we are ready for another boat in a couple of years, Vally Marine will be our first call.

My failure to plan, became they’re emergency. Instead of telling me no, especially in these times they said drop it off we will fit it in. The lady at the front desk was very nice and when I went to pick it up the gentleman was awesome. Thank you for the great service.
