Make sure you read every line on the receipt/contract. DO NOT OVERFILL THE BIN. When placing my order for a bin I was specifically told that based on the material being put in the bin there would be NO LIMIT. Apparently this meant no weight limit but there is a height limit. I had also asked about all the restrictions on the container and was not told about the height requirement. The receipt was delivered to the job location and given to the resident, not to me so I never even had a chance to read the restrictions. The owner said he was doing me a favor by only charging a portion of the additional fee when he knows his company screwed up. The worst part about how MV handled this was that the driver showed up and took the load without even knocking on the door or calling to tell us it was over filled. Had he knocked on the door I would have shoveled out the load right there, but they would rather screw their customer and take the load and ask about it later.
