I have had an account for a number of years and at first service was good. That has changed and is unfortunately not good. Last year I ordered propane after purchasing a tank for a new place, from Valley Wide. I was told when it would be delivered it was not. I order propane on Monday, now January of 2021and was advised it would be delivered Thursday same day as a year ago. It was NOT delivered I called to find out why after closing hours and was informed I could get delivered to this evening, Thursday, for an additional delivery charge of 150. Be cautious.

I’ve gone rounds with a couple propane companies and learned there is some serious price gouging that goes on out there. I have been so happy with the service and cost of our propane refills from Valley Wide. I have always been able to count on them having the lowest price. They are easy to work with and I don’t have to shop around anymore when I need a fill up.
Had a great first time experience with Valley Wide! Called 3 other suppliers in the valley and they all wanted to come fill my EMPTY house tank in a week when I needed propane ASAP. They were out the same day and we're happy to have hot water again! They even sent a guy out after they filled our tank to fix our broken gauge. Will definitely be a repeat customer.!
I highly recommend vally wide propane. Half as much as the other companies, easy to work with and Tim Beymer is one of the best to work with. Thank you Tim for helping us after hours. We really appreciate you!!
VWC has been absolutely the BEST propane provider I've ever dealt with. I have NEVER been concerned about my tank running dry or the condition of their equipment. They're also the best priced distributor in the Treasure Valley.
