Last couple of times I've been "helped" by a young guy. He needs customer service training. Little things like explaining the options he sees on the computer, but I can't see, is helpful before asking which one I want, and doing more than pointing in the direction of where it is. Also, a "thanks" or "have a good day" at the end instead of walking away, is basic CS and general goodwill toward the public IMO. Other than that this store and the other employees are great!
