Had a wonderful experience at Paul Sur with one of the more down to earth and awesome salesman Randy! My wife and I had been car shopping for a little over a month and had narrowed down exactly what we were looking for. At the time what we wanted in our price range was not available. But we worked with a very friendly and helpful salesman named Randy and couldn’t have been happier. Out of all the car dealerships we stopped at randy was the only one to not continuously call or text us or pressure us. But he did stay diligent and would occasionally update us when a car that fit our wants would come in. After a week or so with no contact from him he text us about a vehicle that just came in and had everything we wanted! We could not be happier with our purchase and the service we received at Paul Sur from Randy!

Randy was the salesman who helped get into my perfect truck. He and the rest of the staff were great. They were able to work with me on getting a great price and I was able to sign off and drive away in my new truck in a fraction of the time it takes at other dealerships and without all of hassle you typically have to deal with when purchasing a vehicle. I will be going back to Paul Sur for my next vehicle.
I bought my 2017 Buick Encore in July and this was my first maintenance visit for my Encore I was in and out in timely fashion and I believe that Chuck waited on me he was friendly and service was great.
Recently widowed-Have never had to take a vehicle in for service until this week. Awesome employees took care of my vehicle and Made me feel like I was part of a family.
