I am beyond impressed with Reed’s Nursery & Garden Center. They do tremendous work, are very meticulous, and have the best plants & trees in our area. We absolutely love our new patio & landscaping! It’s everything we’ve always wanted & dreamed of. Thanks to Dan & his expertise advice. We were very impressed with his staff as well, they were extremely diligent from start to end with our project. If your looking to put in a new patio or having some landscaping done, I highly recommend Reeds Nursery. I promise you will not be disappointed!

Wonderful place! Plants are great quality. We ordered two tons of stone, it was very well priced and delivery was same day! Driver dropped it off like a pro and it looks amazing. We will definitely order from here over and over!
NEVER AGAIN WILL I DO BUSINESS WITH REED’S NURSERY!! Manager told me I was wasting her time when I called about being overcharged for items they priced incorrectly. I was absolutely stunned by the treatment I received due to requesting a refund for the amount I was overcharged. On a Monday I had bought 3 sedum type plants, 5.95 each per tag on pot, in addition to a couple tons of rock and 1 shrub as well as 8 shrubs and a couple tons of rock the week before. Noticed I was charged 29.95 total for the 3 plants. Called them on Thursday and was told by the manager they wouldn’t refund the 12 I was overcharged. And was told I could not return them (didn’t ask her if I could I just wanted the refund) Her reasoning was that they grew plants this year and priced them themselves and they were priced incorrectly. She goes on to tell me items weren’t ringing up correctly when scanned because of this. I reply the clerk did not scan the plants, she keyed them in, and the sticker says 5.95, this is when she gets an attitude and I am asked why I would wait 5 days to call about it (it was 3 days) Then she tells me I AM WASTING HER TIME OVER 5 AND SHE HAS CUSTOMERS TO HELP!! (It’s 12 and I am a customer) After that comment I ask her to speak to her manager, she tells me she is the manager so I ask for the owner which she refuses and here I am leaving a review hoping one of the owners sees it. She must be the manager I witnessed speaking rudely to the employees while I was waiting in line. I will be filing on the BBB, and if unable to resolve I’ll file in small claims. It’s only 12 but If you’re charging more than your pricing and if you’re doing it to people a little bit here and there you’re scamming people.
Great place with an awesome selection .....however a couple of the staff members were completely useless... went to get a few 70 pound boulders and I've never gone through the process of buying rock.....the two guys at the front desk didn't tell me what I was supposed to do or where to pick the boulders from or that I needed to weigh them out.... they were extremely unprofessional and made the whole process much harder than it needed to be... all said and done if you no exactly what your looking for and where to find it than your all good, but if you need help , good luck cause they don't move there lazy butts of the desk.
The variety was amazing, the help of the employees was fantastic. I wasn't exactly sure what I was looking for and and they had all the answers and suggestions. The prices were great!
