This place was disgusting. In June we stayed at one of their 6 person cabins and the pull out couch for our 6th person was jammed and once we were able to get the bed out, it was dirty, less than 3 inches thick and had a missing bar so you would sink in and fall in the corner. I refused to give my 4 year old a bath in the tub because it was truly so gross. The floors were vacuumed but you can tell they weren't deep cleaned because your feet felt grimy after walking on it. The toilet easily clogged and all that was in the bathroom was a broken plunger. All the blinds were broken. There was a random bra in one of the drawers of the bedroom. If I could give half a star review, that would be too much.

We rented cabin 2B. This place was nothing but gross and disgusting. I was told they had such a high turn around that they could not clean between visitors. This place is a death trap. They are not cleaning between visitors, with the virus going on. I was told a bunch a different things about how they take care of it. For 140 a night, you have to be kidding me. Asked to speak to management or owner and never heard a word. Air wasn't working and the filth is unbelievable. Even the kid that came to talk to us started cleaning the nastiest. Said he talked to management and no response. My wife has a autoimmune disease and they didn't have time to clean. I have pictures and the worker that knows the truth. That place hasn't been cleaned thoroughly in months if not years. And the owners Do Not Care.

Glad we were more concerned about floating, it was a rainy weekend but we were able to get on the river, & not so much as where we were staying. About the only good thing I can say is it was quite & the roof didn't leak.. This was not a 3 bedroom and 3 bathroom that was described when booked or advertised on the website. No one had any privacy. There was only a couple of couches to sit on & 3 leftover 1960s chairs around a outdoor patio round table that was in between a bed in the living area & the actual living area. This is advertised as a 14 person occupancy & we had teen age boys & girls share spaces. Not a single sliding door functioned except the awkward one inside between sleeping spaces. The old Murphy bed that is just pulled out in the kitchen is hard & very inconveniently located. The queen oom\ has a glass sliding door into the bunk room with a green sheet tied for a curtain, not to mention the pass through window in the same bedroom with the nailed down roller blind for \privacy\. Windows were covered in gross white film that blocks any views. Blinds are broken. Beds are horrible. And the stove is slanted so even making eggs would cause them to slide to the edge of the skillet. Over all we were glad we had shelter from the storms but we won't be returning. I do not know who owns this now but it is definitely not the standards I recieved the last 5 times I have visited over the last 15 years. Disappointed in our stay but glad the water was great as always.

Not sure why they advertise with these nice photos. The cabins are NOT what the cover photo looks like at all. They are completely run-down. The beds are GROSS! I specifically asked if the beds were old and not up to date? Her reply was “they are okay” “we keep the beds fairly up to date” NOT! Every bed is hard as a rock. I mean that literally! Woke up each morning to severe muscle soreness throughout my entire body. The beds have cups formed in them from years of use. The kitchen was less than adequate! No utensils. Ants all over the counters! And thus your food that you bring along! Cabins are not on the water as pictured. Can’t even see the river from them. I would think that with the money being charged for rental, they would at least upgrade these cabins as needed. At least I now know where NOT to stay when visiting. Take my advice and go elsewhere.

This was such a peaceful place with friendly people. We will definitely be revisiting. The cabins were not spotless by any means and could use a full scrub down, but we were there to float and have fun not pick things apart. This exceeded what we needed for a weekend float and the people were awesome.
