We couldn't be more pleased with the stone we have for my parents. The guys who placed it were very meticulous and measured everything to ensure it was level and straight. We watched them carefully take away excess epoxy and scrub the whole thing down.
They placed the monument backwards and did not center it over the gravesite. My brother and I have made multiple phone calls to this place. The man said as soon as it dries up. Well now he says they don't get down to Waldron very often. I asked them to make it a priority and he refused. We will never use this company again and will never recommend them to anyone.
I ordered a headstone for my fathers grave. Six months later I called to inquire about it. I was told it was done and would be delivered next week. A month later it is still not delivered and I was not called to explain the reason for the delay. I call again to ask about it and was told they can’t find reliable help and that I would need to come get it and install it myself.
