Something seems very fishy with these 5 star reviews. Notice how it’s almost all 5 or 1 star and the pictures included all seem oddly similar. Regardless, I can only tell you about my experience and it was absolutely horrible. Moved from FL to TX. Booking the move was easy and didn’t think moving our little 2 bedroom apartment would be difficult for “professional” movers. It was. They showed up about 4 weeks after our desired drop off date. My wife and I were so excited to finally get our things and the guy opens the truck doors and there was nothing in there. Seemed like a cruel joke. I called customer service and actually got in touch with a guy that was going to look for our things. They finally found our items and sent them on a priority truck. Two days later the truck showed up with all our items smashed/damaged and some items missing completely. I was devastated. Filed a claim and they offered me 129 dollars for all things damaged and lost including my guitar and a couple boxes with miscellaneous items. I’m so glad we decided to drive back with our keep sakes instead of putting them into their incompetent hands. This business is SHADY. They don’t care about you or your things. Stay away from them at all costs.

If I could give this moving company zero stars I would. They tell you one price and as soon as they pick up all of your belongings, they jack the price up. They don’t handle any of your belongings with care, everything we received was broken. They told us our belongings would be here by Thursday the latest, it got here Saturday morning. They are rude and they take advantage of people, during a global pandemic nonetheless. They charge you an absurd amount, only to handle your belongings poorly. To make matters worse, they are not responsive and have poor customer service. Please, do not, I repeat, *DO NOT* use this moving company. They do not care about the customer, the customer’s belongings, the customer’s time. All they are concerned with is taking your money from you and that’s it. I pray that they’re business is exposed for their shady antics and carelessness. Save your money, trust me. P.S: DO NOT be fooled by these five stars. I feel they are all fake reviews, probably by people that works there. Think about it, every bad review has varied between 1-2 stars. But every single positive review gets 5 stars? Also, look at the names, and the pictures. The pictures looks like it was taken on the first generation iPhone. As someone who works in marketing/PR, I know what companies do, and what companies do is fake reviews go drown out the negative ones. I’d you look on other websites, they have 1 star and have terrible reviews. Please save your money and time. I can’t stress this enough.
Moving is stressful by itself, everyone will agree. Got great service from the sales representative, very responsive. This all changed once we paid the 20% down and were ready for the move. They told me I could pay with credit card with an additional fee. the day of the move they decided to change their policy, had a very nasty call with the costumer service representative and they finally let me pay with credit card. The movers smelled like cigarettes and our entire apartment was stinky by the time they left. We gave them 2 bottles of ice tea which they threw out on the parking lot. They told me they have 3 weeks to legally deliver my stuff, but that they usually don't take more than 3-4 business days. It's been 7 business days and our stuff is still in MD. We call to get an update and no one answers. The only department answering the phone is the sales department and they tell you they can't help. Frustrating, never felt so disrespected by a company like this. Please, pay more, but go with another company, there is no price for professionalism and piece of mind.
This was the best business experience I ever had. Christina went above and beyond to help me. She not only answered all my questions but did so honestly. Was a very pleasant experience and I highly recommend this company.
So I will start off by sharing that I booked this move with them pretty last minute (5 days prior), so that’s on me, but that being said i can not express how much you should not use this company. I had a move booked for May 4th and had to be out of my house by May 5th. Quoted for 2000 with a 400 deposit for a move from NC to CT. Not too shabby. Moving day shows up and I hadn’t heard from them, so I call around 11:00AM to see when they would be there. He said he would call dispatch and figure it out. Calls back an hour later and said they can’t send a truck and can’t reschedule. So there I am with a house packed up needing to be out that day and no way to move my stuff. I can’t imagine a more unprofessional scenario. How did they not know they wouldn’t be able to send a truck earlier than the day of the move? Luckily my girlfriend and I are both able-bodied and don’t have children, so we got a uhaul and did it ourselves. A 12 hour drive at 5pm was a nightmare and could have been so easily avoided with an ounce of honesty from this company. If you need a prompt, and professional moving company, please look elsewhere.
Kyla was amazing! I loved the whole experience with Van Lines because of her. She answered all my questions and made me feel very comfortable with such a big task. Everything was booked/done accordingly and properly, my things arrived perfectly and on time and I was relieved of any stress from the beginning. I highly recommend asking for Kyla!
I’ve only provided two stars for One Circle Moving. I’m a veteran that has undergone about four moves (one of which was from Japan to Georgia). I’ve experienced household goods moves enough to know how companies are supposed to conduct business. Van Lines of America made my out of state move so stressful! My 15x20 storage was packed and ready in about four hours (I had no issues with the movers sent out to load everything). The packing was done on 12MAR21, and I did not receive my things until 22MAR21, which is unacceptable. I contacted the company to check on my things, and Sherri was the most unprofessional, combative, and blatantly disregardful “employee” I had ever experienced. The company will give you the run around, won’t update you about things YOU HAVE PAYED THEM to have transported and moved, and won’t even reach out to you about things that are yours that may have gone “missing”. I truly hated my entire experience with this company. I did not want to give them any money at all, I did not want to express my appreciation through payment, I just wanted them out of my life. Van Lines of America, please consider doing away with your company until your services become more professional and reliable.
