We recently had a flood at a triplex I own. A neighbor left a water hose on all night and it found its way down the hill and into my bottom unit, flooding the bedroom, part of the kitchen and living room. I was first given the name of another mediation company through my plumber. I had a terrible experience with them so I switched over to 911 Restoration within 48 hours. The first person I met was project manager Carlos Montes. Carlos was incredibly professional, explaining to me in detail what they need to do and my options. I never felt pressured like I did with the other company. They set up their fans and dehumidifiers. Taped the cords to the floor and placed them in areas where my tenant could still move around. I was also impressed (and so was my tenant) at how quiet they were compared to the old machines from the other company. Once the environmental company gave the all clear showing that we did not have asbestos, Carlos and his professional crew came in and put up plastic with a zipper, partitioning the area off where my tenants furniture was moved to and they made nice clean cuts in the walls where they were wet. They reset the fans and left them there for a few more days. A few days later, Carlos came back to check on the walls and confirmed that they were dry. They removed their machines and the construction company who works with 911 was able to come in and close up the walls so my tenant could have a clean apartment once again. As for payment, 911 Restoration is dealing directly with the other home owners insurance company who has taken full responsibility for the damage. Thank you again to Carlos, his crew and 911 Restoration for being so easy to work with and helping me to be at ease during a stressful time. If we ever have another accident, your company will be my first call.

We started an smelling sewage under the house. My wife and daughter got whiffs of it and told me and then it hit me in the face... yuck! Called plumber and he opened the crawl space to investigate... YIKES ! Black sewage was 4 inches high! He suggested 911! They came in a flash, gave a basic estimate, came out the next day with a friendly crew... and we're done that day. They left fans blowing to dry out! Mickey the 911 Rep advised me the whole way and got on phone with my insurance person. The estimate was spot on and insurance accepted their cost. Fast and reliable! Plumber was not covered but fixed the broken pipe! Mickey was very honest, upfront and professional! They cleaned up good as well when done. Make sure to have them inspect and hose property of any extra debris. 5 stars!!
Fast profession, effective, and efficient. They had the situation assessed after careful observation and communicated clearly. Equipment is high quality. Honestly l was very impressed and so thankful for the rapid response and level of kindness exhibited. It was a stressful situation but the calm can do attitude did not go unnoticed. Thank you!
We had an emergency pipe leak that was pouring water down to our dining room from pipes in the ceiling. We got 911's info from a friend who had had good luck with them. Dekel came out immediately (same day) and brought equipment to dry the ceiling and space above. Then they sent over someone to test for mold and asbestos. Dekel took care of us from start to finish and made sure everything was perfect. Then they drafted detailed paperwork to send to the insurance and worked with them directly to get the most money for our repairs. Every person who came to our house were professional, courteous and went beyond the ormal\ (from our experience with other contractors) to give amazing customer service, even cleaning up after themselves and leaving our place spotless every day after they worked. Because of the extent of our leaks, they ended up removing our old popcorn ceiling, repainting and detailing. The place looks unrecognizable and we have a home we are proud of. Looks better than it did before they came. Quality work. Highly recommended.
