Thanks to Trini (Our Act Rep) we were able to convert each machine to accept purchases through an App. My residents are LOVING IT! These are some of the issues you can deal with when using this washer service! The washer that won't drain has been broken for a couple weeks so far, and the one with the post it just broke costing me 2 extra hours of waiting time to try to get my clothes close to dry!

Their service is absolutely slower than slow. Washers are always breaking and the only way you can wash is loading a card. I just got 20 dollars taken from my banco acc, and the amount was not posted on the laundry card. Called them and to come fix machine 36 hours and to refund your money 2 to 3 weeks. Mind you I have been using them for 2 years and they owe me so much money !!! Every time I wash it’s always 1.75 that washer takes and then the machine does not work there is goes. You have to get on the phone ask for your money back and then it takes 2 to 3 weeks to get your money back. I’m sure they make so much money just on ppl that do not have time to call them asking for a refund. Anyway their service is not up to par !
This is in regards to Agave Ridge Apartments in San Diego. Machines inadequately clean but do take money...even when not sufficiently working. One machine has smelled like mildew for over6 months now. Another machine, which has been broken for nearly two weeks or more is sitting unplugged with still water inside. Called last week and while I realize it was right before Thanksgiving, it really shouldn’t take over a week to receive service. Noticed that one of the nice reviews was in a great area of LA. Unfortunately, most reviews aren’t so grand. This company is based in the valley and is servicing San Diego? Is there not local service here or even in Orange County that could be more efficient (will share last part with apartment owners...who by the way have multiple sites here and in the valley). If you are not able to provide the proper services, why expand....
I have used these machines in my apt for 15 years and no one has ever serviced them except to collect the money from the machines, and now we have to call to get the money collected so we can use the machines. Shameful
Great service! Promptly come when we need them. And just so you know,some machines are programed to use card,some are programed to use cash. It's what the property owner agrees too, so relax!
