I have been a renter with Braum for several months. Before renting I did read all of the reviews below. To be honest, I was very skeptical of this company because of the negative reviews here. My experience with Braum has been positive. They actively maintain the building and are prompt in addressing any repair issues. The only reason this is not 5 stars is that I really wished that my apartment building had a small gym, or communal patio area...maybe on the roof?! Bottom line I am happy here and I would recommend them.

They really care about their renters like family. They go above and beyond to make sure everyone is happy and comfortable in their home. They have honest, Gd fearing, kind and patient staff. They are a pleasure to deal with!! We highly recommend renting from them!!
