I like the fact that this laundry mat is not busy and it is quite inexpensive, but I will not be coming back to this laundry mat and I will tell people how rude the lady that runs it is!! She has been extremely rude to me every single time I come in, and gives me a hard time, by not opening the bathroom for me, and telling me I can’t do laundry in certain washer machines etc. I can read the signs and I would never put heavy towels or blankets in a small washer. Furthermore, I have no problem paying more for a large washer! I am Mexican but I am light completed and do not speak Spanish, and I would hate to think that this lady is racist but I cannot understand why she acts the way she does when I am a very respectful and friendly person!! Sorry you lost my business!!

don’t take the risk of coming to this place, machines almost all are not working and the most important costumer service is poorly, the lady who is always in this place has a nasty attitude for no reason if you are a lady but if you are a guy she has a special treatment for men. Stay away of this place!!!!! You will get a bad experience. She will look at you weird if you are pretty.
More often I'm choosing this place over Van Nuys laundry in Sepulveda cause this location is in a Quieter less congested area & it's not overcrowded with people running amok.
