A friend used this company to move in Glendale and recommended them, so we reached out a couple weeks ago for an estimate. We were told it was 150 an hour for three people and a truck, with a minimum of three hours. No worries. Called back two weeks later, which was today, to confirm the rates and such. For some reason the person on the phone felt it was appropriate to blow up at my wife about the minimum being 5 hours, and proceeded to berate her for the mistake. It was no big deal, but this guy (Michael?) just couldn't let it go. He called my wife a liar and accused her of being dishonest. I dont care if the guy was having a bad day, this was incredibly unprofessional. We were not disputing the minimum either, it would have been no big deal. We will be using a different mover to get us two miles down the street. This guy needs to get his stuff together, I assume he must be an owner to feel emboldened enough to talk this way to people on the phone and represent this business. Clearly this guy sings a different tune on the phone when speaking to women. I sat here listening to my wife try to calm him down. What a joke.

I used Father & Son for a small move recently- one treadmill to be exact. This item needed to be moved from house to house. I received a quick response from the manager, Michael. The business responded promptly to any of my questions, was professional, accommodating, courteous and on time. The movers were friendly and arrived Covid-19 ready, equipped with proper facial masks. I'll use them again for my next move which will most likely be larger scale. Michael is a gem.
I was referred to this company by a very Dear Friend who raved about their service. I called on 06/26 to see what availability was for the 30th of June spoke to a person by the name of Javier. Javier explained that they were booked and had no openings that I would not find service for a moving company calling so late to the end of the month. They had been booked for the past 2 weeks. So I got a lecture out of the deal. I didn't appreciate being chastised when calling for a service. I was very upset by the end of the phone call.
My favorite moving company- I’ve used them 5 times! Today was successful move number 5- on time very polite and no damage.
NOT GOT SERVICES!!!!!
