Took my girl to this clinic. They were super caring and nice. I promised the staff that I would praise them for relieving us of this stressful situation. Visiting an abortion clinic is already stressful, finding one during Covid-19 definitely adds a layer. But the doctor and the team made us feel at ease. Also gotta note that the practice is shiny clean. They follow protocols quite seriously. So if you're looking for an abortion clinic open during covid-19 this is it!

The service went very smooth. I was able to qualify for free abortion pill as a low income patient in Van Nuys. The staff helped me fill out the papers. The doctor and nurse practitioner were very nice too. I really appreciated the follow-up calls they did to check on my health. I'm not sure what other people are complaining about. But I had a nice experience and would recommend this clinic to my friends and family.

If I could give it a zero I would. The place was very unprofessional as well as unhelpful. You think the staff would be more considerate to women going through this particular situation. The girls were unhelpful and one did not seem like she knew what she was doing at all. I’d steer clear of this place at all costs.

Called Planned Parenthood and never even got an answer. Her Smart Choice had a good customer service from the on start. Got booked within 24 hours. The service was smooth, the staff was nice and the office was sanitary. They are following Covid-19 protocols here.
