I called on a Friday afternoon & they were able to come out the next day. They gave me a 2 hour window but showed up a ten mins early, which really wasn't a big deal....the repairman waited until I came home. Was able to fix my dryer within an hour. Courteous and friendly and not expensive. I checked alot of ads & I'm very happy with the service.

Excellent Service of my Washer which Sears tried to fix 4 times and failed. They were on time, charge did not change/increase, and Service Tech Paul was very knowledgeable and professional. I am using them again for servicing my Dishwasher!
