I had a great experience at Keyes Lexus of Van Nuys and would recommend it to anyone! Everyone is very helpful and you don't feel pressured to buy a car the second you step into the lot like you do at most dealerships. I had a great experience, Sam and Tim were the two sales guys that helped me, I highly recommend them if you want to buy a Lexus they are very knowledgeable and great guys, they both did everything they could to meet my needs as a buyer. The manager Christian, was extremely nice and accommodating as well, he found ways to meet me in the middle because I am not an easy buyer. :-) It's not the cars that make a dealership great but it's the people and Sam, Tim and Christian made it a fun and wonderful experience for me.

The customer service I received here was simply top-notch. I spent the entire day at multiple dealerships trying to negotiate a deal to fit into my budget. Keyes Lexus was able to beat every single dealership over the phone! Justin helped me achieve my budget by working his magic. The lease paperwork from start to finish only took about an hour, an absolute dream! Everyone at the dealership was very friendly and made the buying experience exceptional. Highly recommend to anybody looking to get both a great deal and great customer service. These guys move volume, they're not after making extra cash on you like smaller dealerships.

Both employees were so knowledgeable, pleasant and helpful. They made the process seamless and quick - which is not always the case when visiting a dealership! Thanks guys! THREE hours! waiting for my car, and with an appointment. This is so unprofessional. They don’t have even a coffee maker to grab some coffee. I understand the covid19 situation with snacks and gathering in the cafeteria part of the dealer, but at least a darn coffee maker. The worst service ever! Go to another dealer for your Lexus.
