Front Office Assistants are so rude and are in no way confidential. I went for a procedure and at the front they where talking about it and in Spanish thinking I wouldn't understand. No respect at all imagine while they talk about you other patients finding out what was done at your appointment. People not able to keep their mouth shut. Obviously people that weren't tought about HIPAA.

Planned Parenthood did an amazing job of taking care of my situation! This was one out of four clinics that I had called to get immediate care and this was the only one doing walkins thank God! I don’t know any other clinic that has prepared the way this one is, so glad that things worked out the way they did! The service was fast and everything was really easy to fill out there was nothing difficult or frustrating about getting help.

employees mocked my S.O. and continuously made comments especially cause she has difficulties swallowing pills. Comments such as "you're wasting my time" and laughing at us not being subtle whatsoever wth their rude demeanors I really think after shelling out money for their services we would be treated with at least an ounce of respect. The employees would be better off working at the mcdonalds down the street.

The wait time was a bit long but I understand about that because I work in the medical field. The nurses are really and as well as the doctors. Costumer service was really good and that's very important to have. I felt comfortable with everyone I talked to. I have been there two times already.

The wait was long, but I love the doctor and the nurses and the technicians. Everyone was sweet and I will definitely come back. A nurse name Brenda gave me a cute cat sticker for my phone and it was extremely sweet.

Really nice experience. I got my HPV vaccines for free. There's a little waiting but the nurses and doctor were super nice and helpful. Appreciate the free medical help.

Go somewhere else, your appointment time means nothing. The wait is up to six hours after your registered appointment time. Insane.
