You know what they say \you get what you pay for\ and it is especially true in this case. I was given a lovely wool rug by my friend who was moving back to the UK. It reminded me of a Charles Rennie Macintosh design and I had always admired it. It was not in a high traffic area but it sat under a table for 20 years with generations of dogs who had snuggled it. When I received it I thought about trying to clean it myself but quickly realized that would be no easy feat. I found \Rug Ideas\ online and the great reviews won me over. But I was concerned the price would be prohibitive since they do super fancy rugs. Thankfully I found the price to be very reasonable so I went for it and crossed my fingers for a positive result. Well the result was beyond positive! Not only is the rug clean, fresh and smelling nice - they patched a place on the reverse where the lining was coming away from the back and fixed a spot that had wear on it. The rug looks and smells new. FYI the kind of work they do takes time. It was 3 weeks from drop off to pick up but it was time well spent. I was in no hurry to get the rug back. It was more important to me to get it done right the first time. Now I feel like this piece will be something I can keep for years and years. I can without any reservation recommend Rug Ideas. If you have a rug that needs some love they will make it happy again! FYI rolled up photo is dirty, unrolled is clean!!

I have a designer rug that my cat threw up on and left a stain. After doing a search I came across Rug Ideas and their perfect 5 star rating. I took my rug in and everyone was extremely nice and helpful in explaining my options and pricing, which by the way is very well priced. Kash is the main guy who took my rug in and helped with everything. He's fantastic, very communicative and thorough. When I dropped the rug off they gave me a tour of their facility and all the different procedures the rug will go through during the cleaning process. The rug came out great and I will definitely be going here any other time I need my rugs cleaned. Highly recommend!
Kash and his family are the best in the business hands down. Even though I don't own an expensive fancy rug, I was still treated with 5* customer service. The whole experience was top notch and our rug came back looking better than when we bought it from home goods. I Highly recommend Rug ideas for all of your rug cleaning, recoloring and repair needs. These guys are awesome! I found them from an Instagram ad and the before and after on the rugs they were sharing we're UNBELIEVABLE! I had to try them for my own rugs and I'm glad I did. Kash and Dr. K knew exactly where my rug was from and how to care for it. The price was more than fair and it just turned out beautifully! They've earned my business and I'll keep telling my friends & family about them!
