Quick to respond, professional, courteous, and very good at what they do. Not only would I call Ian again for more screens, I would call him for recommendations about home improvements in general. He is a wealth of knowledge and he takes pride in going the extra mile for his customers. I had six screens replaced, along with two custom doors ordered. I had the screens in place within 24 hours and the doors delivered and installed a week later. I couldn't be happier with both the screens and the service. Top marks from me. Highly recommended.
